Refund on Returns
We
will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time
of receiving the goods.
No
refund request will be entertained once product has been dispatched or getting
delayed at courier service.
No
refund request will be entertained for delay due to unforeseen conditions (bad
weather, strikes, bandh, etc.)
At
any point of time, in any case the refunds will not exceed the actual value of
the goods.
There
is an admin/credit card commission cost of Rs. 100 will be deducted for refund.
If refund is issued as a gift voucher there is no charge applicable.
For
orders placed using Bank Transfer payment method refunds would be issued only
as Gift Vouchers and in such cases there would not be any admin cost as
mentioned above.
Shipping
cost would charged for refund, since we do not offer free shipping all over
India.
